Throughout the Spokane area there are numerous neighborhoods with historic homes. These spectacular homes are a true specialty and passion of Lilac City Painting. We have refinished numerous homes on the South Hill and in the Browne’s Edition neighborhood.

 

Many of these historic homes just need the correct prep-work to restore them to their original grandeur. Once again, the prep-work is the most significant role in determining the life and look of your project.

 

Prep-work on these historic homes is dreaded by most, but at Lilac City Painting we strive to make these unique homes pristine. Historic Restoration/Refinishing has a broad scope of work; all of which will be lined out step by step to you the owner. On a typical historic home 75% of the project time is spent on the prep-work.
